1) TICKET FOR ALL LINES - 60 MINUTES / 24 HOURS: Issued from all R.A.T.C. kiosks AND R.A.T.C. COLLABORATORS. It is valid for 60 minutes /24 hours from the validation inside the transport vehicle.
2) TICKET FOR ALL LINES WITH 7 DAYS VALIDITY: Issued from all R.A.T.C. kiosks AND R.A.T.C. COLLABORATORS. Tickets are valid for 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days (ex. 1 September 2017 until 7 September 2017, inclusively).
Children under 5 travel free.
ATTENTION: If the VALIDITY PERIOD of the TICKET is exceeded, the passenger found in the public transport vehicles with such ticket shall receive a fine according to the Law no. 92/2007, art.45 paragraph 2.
R.A.T.C. Constanța asks all passengers to keep the ticket intact and to keep it away from moisture, heat sources etc.

VALIDITY: from the issuance date, until the same day of the next month, inclusively.
** THE PRICE OF THE PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VALUE OF THE CARD WITH PICTURE AND THE PASS CARRIER.
Remember: The companies or persons that want to reimburse the passes, can purchase them with an invoice and receipt from our points at the Train Station, Cireșica and R.A.T.C. Constanța head office.
The passenger has the obligation to pay the total fine, within 15 days from issuance, at the pay desks of any fiscal agency of the Public Service for Taxes and Levies of Constanța or by the electronic payment instruments (on-line) at etax.spit-ct.ro. Within 15 days from the date the report is handed or communicated, the passenger has the right to file a complaint at Constanța Court. The report on the findings and sanctions incurred that is not challenged within this time limit is, according to the law, an enforceable title without vesting or any other formality (proceed to the levy of execution).
